How does Try Before You Buy work?
Our Try Before You Buy program allows you to choose items you like from our collection and try them on in your home for up to 5 days.
With our Try Before You Buy program, you can select up to 4 items you love from the Collection, add them to your shopping bag, and pay a 10% refundable deposit. After trying your items, you have the freedom to keep what you like and return the rest. Your deposit is then applied to the balance of your order if you choose to keep any of the items, or refunded back to you if you decide to send the entire order back!
A $20 restocking fee will be charged if all items are returned.
Payment is automatically processed at the end of your try-on period unless you've let us know you're returning items. We've got you covered!
When the order is placed, you might see an additional temporary hold or "authorization" on your payment method based on the value of the overall order.
- For Credit Card users: At check-out, credit cards will be authorized for the total amount of the cart to ensure funds are available. The authorization is then canceled, but you may see the authorization on your CC account for 1-2 days.
- For Debit Card users: At check-out, your debit card will be authorized for the total amount of the cart (aside from any pre-paid items added to the order) and will continue to be held for the entire try-on period. Your funds will remain in your bank account but are unavailable for other purchases/uses.
