Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your belt for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy and non-eligible items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 days to return or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your belt must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be sure to save your tracking number. We are not responsible for the cost shipping back to us or the lost packages.
SHIPPING COSTS
If you are asking for an exchange of an item, we will split the cost of shipping. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with exchange or returning the item. We will cover the cost of the shipping exchange item back to you once per order. Any additional shipping exchanges for the same order will be paid by customer. PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE CORRECT SIZE REQUESTED FOR EXCHANGE IS ACCURATE AT THE TIME OF REQUEST!
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your belt, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- Discontinued Items
- Used or Damaged Product caused by customer

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND PROCESSING TIMES
We will notify you by email of your refund/exchange status after receiving and inspecting the item(s). Please expect at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. If we approve your refund/exchange, we will quickly initiate any refund or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).
